Speaking as a Leader: For Investment Professionals is an intensive half-day program designed for CFA Society Toronto members. In attending, each participant will strengthen their ability to speak as a persuasive and influential leader.   At the core of the program is The Humphrey Group’s Leadership Model. This communications methodology teaches participants to “script” themselves with a clear, convincing message. It can be applied to every communication – including client conversations, internal meetings, executive presentations and quarterly updates.  Each participant will also learn to strengthen their presence through the effective use of non-verbal skills such as eye contact, body language, vocal expression and tone.  This course provides applied learning. Participants will create brief scripts for upcoming real-life leadership opportunities. They will deliver these talks and receive personalized coaching.
